The DOLPHIN LAB offers histopathological investigations on cetaceans, and, in some exceptional cases, also gross pathological examinations.

Our special emphasis on dolphins and smaller whales is based on our expertise in this field, because since many years we examine stranded dolphins, porpoises and whales.

We work according to the ECS standard dissection protocol for small cetaceans (Kuiken & García Hartmann, 1993).
